安卓工控机，有断电重启的业务需求。

有三个时间点：

  1. 系统启动或关闭过程中
  2. 系统启动完成，业务 app 启动中
  3. 系统启动完成，且业务 app 启动完成

哪一种风险更高？ 不考虑系统/业务 app 版本升级 升级的场景

  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
