《关于第五批取消和下放管理层级行政审批项目的决定》第七条为取消互联网电子公告服务专项审批（备案）的通知

只看这个通知标题，我以为论坛社区 ICP 备案变简单了，不再需要专项审批

在阿里云咨询，得到的却是更严格了？不能备案

只想知道独立开发者注册个小微企业，能不能把论坛社区的 ICP 备案办下来

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
