旧笔记本是 ThinkPad E431 ，差不多 11 年前的电脑了，实在是太卡了
本着节约不浪费的原则
想着安装个类似 deepin 、Ubuntu 、Fedora 、Debian 这样的基于 Linux 内核开发的桌面操作系统
能改善流畅度吗
对于这个老伙计的需求也就是开机快一点，然后就是开个浏览器（貌似 chromeOS 也行？），别的没啥要求了

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
