[分享发现] 烟龄 13 年零 3 个月

2011 年 3 月开始抽烟 期间最凶的时候 1 天 2 包 后面有了老大，3 天 1 包，持续到老二出生

最近发现体质变差了好多，突然就不想抽了

不抽 3 个月，口腔异味没有了，每天的精神提升了

后续新增计划：锻炼

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)

  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
