[macOS] m2 运行虚拟机卡顿， 4C4G 是不是不够

VMware pro for personal use 不用 PD 主要是因为收费 目前电脑 内存总就 16G VM 默认的 2C 4G 卡的不能用 多分配了两个核心还是卡 有没有什么办法能改善下？ 系统 macOS 15.1

另外问下虚拟机装内置磁盘和移动 ssd 体验差别大吗

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
