[问与答] Risc-V 到底能不能三足鼎立？

看好多文章，说 risc-v 多好多好，能和 arm ，x86 三足鼎立。但感觉有点像炒作。

问题:risc-v 能不能真正三足鼎立，能的话得什么到什么时候？

目前嵌入式类的工作，想学一下 riscv
