[Apple] Mac 能耗

家里有台 mac mini 最近挂着硬盘 smb 全家设备用，也好久没有关过机了，开始好奇能耗是多少，看了好多都是 macbook 用 aldente 或者自带的才能看到能耗是多少，想问下 mac mini 要怎么看呢？看某个时间段用了多少 w 也好
