[宽带症候群] esxi 的 cpu 配置不合理，会不会导致测速达不到 1000M？

网络结构是光猫 接 n100 软 路由 ，然后再接 2.5 硬路由
本来用的华为 B610 光猫，平时测速可以 940M 左右。

改成中兴 7015tv3 和华为 8145x6n 光猫，其他不变，测速却只有 700M 左右了。
光猫直接接硬路由，可以跑到 1300M.
观察软 路由的 cpu ，在测速的时候也没有高起来。
我在 esxi 设置是这样的 ：2 核 1 插槽
