[美酒与美食] 螺蛳的美味在于汤汁，还是螺蛳带壳的鲜嫩

中午点了一份炒螺蛳，发现居然是螺蛳肉。多吃了几口发现没有之前带壳的那么美味。感觉特别干。

我觉得有两点影响了味道：

1. 汤汁很重要，泡着汤汁吃更好吃
2. 带壳不会炒老了
