目前正在使用 expo 开发一个聊天系统，但是现在我要实现应用之外的消息通知需要获取 exponentpushToken ，在 ios 上可以获取，在安卓上无法获取，有什么解决方案吗？

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
