[问与答] 最近使用 chatgpt 发现的问题

最近使用 chatgpt app 端，会提示"You have exceeded the rate limit.Please wait a bit and try again"请问各位遇到过吗？
前提条件：
1.我使用的是 free 版本，使用频率为一天一两次，频率并不高，为什么还会弹出这个提示？
2.以前并 3.5 没有限制，这一两天才出现的，请问除了等待还有其他解决方式吗？

  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
