[职场话题] 为什么同样的岗位挂 2 个薪资

人在上海，下午一个面试口头说过了，让我给期望薪资。

但是这个公司在 boss 上挂了 2 个一样的岗位，不一样的薪资：一个是 13-17k 。一个是 15-20k 。 我投递的是 15-20k 这这个，我说期望是 19k 。

我问为什么 2 个岗位不一样的薪资范围，hr 说不方便透露

然后听 hr 的意思是：我和另外一个人面试都算过了。现在好像是要我们的期望薪资，说明天下午给准确答复。
有点感觉是 2 选 1
