[OpenAI] 购买 plus 之后 pc 端反而报错了

ChatGPT is under heavy load
尝试使用手机端，可以正常问答
其他同事用的免费版，也能登录
买了服务反而不能使用，不知道 openai 出于什么考虑做的设置
