[问与答] 请教一下有经验的老哥，做一个爬虫自动竞价竞拍，这个项目算违法么？

项目背景大致是这样：有个 A 公司会在自己系统里发布一批资源，其他公司登录自己的账号后对这批资源竞价购买。想做个程序，登录账号自动竞价。想问问有相关经验的老哥这个算违法么？有外包公司会接这种吗？我自己查了一圈，我感觉有些刑。。。
