[问与答] 从经济/金融学角度，国内接美元外包，是否在做低 RMB？

众所周知，美元在不断印钱，接了美元外包，要换成 RMB ，这时候的行为是否为做低 RMB ，增强美元流动性？
如果上述为真，美国佬为什么不多买中国货物，发外包利用国内过剩廉价劳动力？
