[宽带症候群] 断网 12 天，期间打 10086 投诉数次还是没修好。

河南某小镇，中国移动于 8 月 26 断网，期间打了多次 10086 电话，没人来修。本来我想着也不玩游戏，没修好就没修好了，今天准备打电话问问什么情况，直接 10086 自动转成视频通话了，只有查话费和流量，好家伙直接从根部解决你投诉。火气腾一下上来了。直接互联网投诉了。还有什么维护权益的么？想问一下
