[Windows] 我可以卸载 windows 安全中心及相关组件吗？会不会导致系统出问题

下了个修改的 IDM ，结果被 windows 删掉了，关键这个安全中心在设置中打不开，试了好多办法还是点击后没反应，关也关不掉，这样的话我就没法用修改版软件了，不想被微软强健，求助万能的 v 友们

Chrome (Android)

  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
