[Windows] Win11 某个更新把新建文本文档给干掉了？

Windows 11 ，一直保持最新更新，突然发现右键菜单的新建文本文档的选项没了，以为中毒了，看了以下其他几台 Windows 11 都是这个情况。

感觉像是被某个更新补丁给干掉了？

Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
