[问与答] R 国做 IT 外贸，你怎么看？

小弟做 IT 解决方案集成的，最近和一个客户交流，他们做外贸的，将国内通信和 IT 设备打包成方案，运到俄罗斯交付，听说老板在 R 国深耕 30 载，关系深厚，请问 V 圈里有没有大佬了解：当前俄罗斯 IT 基础设施情况，做 IT 外贸是否是个机会？

个人觉得：

  • 西方大封锁下，软件都在撤离 R 国，真空阶段真是国内 IT 卷王入驻好时机
  • 国内要增长，出海主要看东南亚和中东，拉美，R 国真的做不了吗？
  • 国内软件/IT 产业对 R 国业务的看法？想不想做？

单纯交流，请大佬们开怀畅聊
