[上海] 上海租房如何挑到一个好停车的小区

今年租房前再三考察过小区停车情况，周末和白天确实是好停的，车子都开走了。住进来后发现痛点是工作日晚上，稍微回去晚了(9 点以后)就没车位，程序员职业很难做到 9 点前能到家吧，但这已经算是周边小区比较好的了。

之前租过一个小区停车特别舒服，总结了下有这么几个特点：

1. 有地库
2. 车位比高
3. 小区新
4. 道路宽

今年没办法只能硬着头皮停，等下次租房再说了。但感觉租房前也挺难完全考察清楚实际情况的，大家有什么好办法吗？
