[NAS] 新手 PT 入门求药

刚入手极空间的 z4pro ，公网 IP 、端口转发都已经配置好，主流 pt 站规则都学习了一遍，对规则有比较清晰的认知了。

希望大佬赏一个小站的 PT 药，慢慢入门，不胜感激
