[硬件] 4090 运行在 PCIEx16 3.0

主板是话说 Z790-E 显卡是华硕 4090TUF CPU 是 13700KF 离 CPU 最近的 m2 没插固态，看了主板的说明书两根固态插的都是芯片组的接口，为什么显卡不是 PCIEx16 4.0
