[问与答] 关于 udp 流量被运营商劣化或者阻断的问题

经常看到大家说，udp 流量会被运营商劣化或者阻断。
如果有这样的情况的话，例如视频会议软件，游戏等不是会受到比较大的影响吗？为什么很少看到这类信息。
当然我认为 udp 流量会被运营商劣化或者阻断这是客观存在的事实。我的疑问在于它似乎很少干扰到一些常见的 udp 流量？
