[问与答] 下午睡了五个小时,晚上睡不着

周日想着补个觉,但是工作日练出来的生物钟根本无法睡到中午,八点多就醒了。
吃完午饭血糖升高困意袭来就睡着了,跟死猪一样一直睡到晚餐饭点(巨爽),结果晚上死活睡不着(也合理),差点熬通宵,今天上班像喝醉酒一样。
突然就很好奇如果有一段很长的假期,没工作和社交打扰,任何时候困了就睡,睡醒就玩,饿了就吃,不按照日出日落,不按照一日三餐,那作息会变成什么样子?身体和精神状态会变好还是变坏?会不会很爽?有没有尝试过的友人🌚
