[福州] [长期有效] 福州及闽东地区交流群 — 信息集中维护

起：想加一下本站的福州地区交流群，结果发现那个帖子的 op 已经被封号了，进群链接也过期了；

承：考虑到某绿色聊天软件的邀请模式属实逆天，外加本站的福州相关话题实在是冷清，所以萌生了单独开个帖子维护福州及闽东地区交流群链接的想法；

转：球球已经在那个福州交流群的老哥分享一下群聊的邀请图片，拉一下鼠鼠吧！瓦↑塔↑西↑什么都愿意做的（嘘）；
