[问与答] 考研上岸后，上了半个月，想退学了

BG：双非本，二战上岸某 C9 读研很痛苦，选错导师，导师是个纯混子，屁都不懂，组里全是横向，方向都不一样，组里也没什么基础，感觉不能有真正的指导，还要每天打卡，每周 PPT ，形式太重了，在联系其他导师，不过有点费劲换导师，除了三年后那张毕业证，啥意义也不会有，算法岗是不想了，就开发了，考研原因有部分是名校情结，但到这后发现真是幼稚，不如大三去实习，找工作，哪怕挣得少点，也比现在好，退学的话，估计处境会很艰难，Java 找工作，没实习，没项目，GAP 一年，估计很难，痛苦！
