[问与答] 硬盘到底是休眠好还是不休眠好？

网上看争论挺多的，有说休眠好，有说休眠才容易坏的。好像也没有相关的评测（也可能我没搜索到？）

NAS 上的硬盘长时间运行，到底需要不需要设置休眠？
