IPV6 TCP 测速只有 50~60Mbps

自建 iperf3 ，UDP QOS 就认了，结果 TCP 也只有 60~80Mbps （不涉及 UDP 打洞的情况，IPV6 直连），更诡异的是，测速软件满速，求解是什么原理
