[Cloudflare] 注意 cloudflare 乱扣费

之前我早就取消的 pro 计划他们自动给我恢复了一个月，还扣费了，后台显示下个月又降变为 free 计划

  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
