[职场话题] 社保，医保问题，想请教各位

我表妹在一家妇产医院工作，担任护士，入职已有十个多月。当初医院承诺实习期结束后为她办理社保，但至今未兑现。多次与人事部门沟通，人事以‘效益不好’为由推脱。工资是通过私人账户转账支付，虽然签订了劳动合同，但社保问题迟迟未解决。她去劳工大队咨询，对方表示只能帮助追缴欠薪，社保问题需去社保局处理。然而社保局又让她先找劳工大队协调。
现在她已经怀孕，没有社保和医保，想知道如何才能补缴社保？
