任意稿件下面评论的输入框，在里面输入文字后不发表，然后继续下滑网页查看其他的评论，这时候评论输入框就会浮动到当前页面底部，同时里面已经输入的内容就被清空了，影响对线效率呀😝

Chrome (Android)

  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
