[分享发现] 武汉电信限制海外出口上传速度

今天发现 Google Drive 同步很慢，于是测了一下网速，结果大概率是电信限制了海外出口的上传速度，下载速度相对正常。

家里的电信宽带：1000M 下行，100M 上行

美国、日本上传限速，下载正常

香港、台湾、新加坡上传没有限速，下载正常

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)

  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
