[程序员] 想问问有没有知情人士，以前官方源换国内镜像源的工具的帖子，怎么 404 了

看到这期的 hellogithub 有推荐一个换源工具，用着还不错的样子，想着来 v 站也推一下，推之前以防万一搜了搜，发现之前推荐这个工具的帖子都 404 了，这是为啥？
这个换源工具是有什么黑历史嘛？还是开发人员有什么问题？
