[Apple] 请教现在联通的 ESIM 可以用在外版 iPhone 里面么

现在我的手表有一个联通 ESIM ，现在双卡还有一个移动，不想用国行阉割版，想买个外版，但是又得用两个手机号，还有一个方案是，外版手机只装移动，手表继续有联通 ESIM ，这样手机就不会漏掉联通的电话吧？
