已经买了东京的小机场，在币安开好了户，但是还没入金，有些疑问还请大佬解答：

  1. 入金出金会不会被请喝茶？小韭菜金额不大，就 10 个以内这种；
  2. 资金出入推荐哪些银行？据说四大行不能碰是这样吗？花旗、汇丰这些银行的离岸账户呢？
  3. 听说出金会有几率收到黑钱而被封银行账号，这个有朋友经历过吗，最后结局如何？
  4. 其他未知事宜……
