[问与答] 终于找到了一个可以用的 clash tun 模式可用的 dns 配置了

网上找了很多人的配置，试了一遍又一遍，总是多多少少存在域名解析失败的问题。

dns:
enable: true
ipv6: false
nameserver:
- 114.114.114.114
fallback:
- 8.8.8.8
fallback-filter:
geoip: true
ipcidr:
- 240.0.0.0/4

解释下逻辑，默认走 nameserver ，当解析出境外 IP,使用 fallback 进行二次解析。
之前用过 https 的域名解析服务器，总是有解析失败的情况，不折腾了，换回这种最简单的。

有木有人有优化指点呢？
