[问与答] 求救！ win 双路服务器资源占有不过半，但是卡的动不了

双路 2690 ，内存 256G ，多开了 100 个指纹浏览器，一共打开了 400 个网页，看资源管理器 CPU 和内存都占用还没过半呢，但是变得非常非常卡顿了， 这是哪里出问题了呢？是可以优化好？还是需要升级硬件呢？
我个人感觉可能是 CPU 性能不够了，要升级的话换哪款呢？

Chrome (Android)
