[职场话题] 大专应届，有项目但是还是找不到，为什么

25 大专应届，很垃圾的大专，实习从 6 月找到现在了，有自己的网站，会一些硬件开发，软件开发，SW 建模还有一些 Linux 服务部署啥的，都有实际项目，也有省赛的奖项，也在 github 参与过一些大项目的贡献，但是找工作总是已读不回，好迷茫，怎么办，有深圳的大佬能推一下吗，指点一下方向😭
