[宽带症候群] CS2 总因为 UDP 连接问题掉线，是 QoS 的问题吗？

近一个月玩平台 CS2 的时候，UDP 连接会频繁莫名断开，完美 5E 都如此，症状前后游戏表现见视频 CS2 控制台 Steam 网络连接面板 江苏电信，且 WinMTR 监测本机到游戏服务器无丢包，Steam 网络连接面板总是一堆 Perfect 和两次 Dead

这个情况是因为 QoS 吗？有什么解决办法？
