[NAS] 裸 debian NAS + ipv6 pt 的解决方案

实在离不开 ipv6 ，毕竟要不到公网 V4 ，我又懒，只想省设备钱，最终手撕 sing-box 配置，利用process_name以及outbound将和 qb 有关的进程丢到 direct 里面，顺带把整台 nas 的科学环境都整好了，主打的省心+降本
