[问与答] 没收房，没有居住，想要减免物业费怎么搞

正文如题，这边还没有收房，但是物业费开始计算了，到现在四年没有缴纳了

我想这四年我完全没有享受到任何的服务，还要全额缴纳，与情与理感觉都行不通啊。

如果打官司的话，有哪些法律或者依据支持要求减免部分物业费
