[分享发现] 为自己的 gpt 接入了搜索

因为稳定以及有时的 gpt4 需求，自己做了个对接官方 api 的套壳聊天站，接入了 gpt/claude/gemini ，最近发现 Google 原来有提供搜索的 api 接口，初步给 gpt4o 的模型接入了，感觉效果还行，后续准备给全部模型接上（建议有做类似这种的都找个搜索接口接上，体验可以提升很多）。

Configure browser push notifications
