[海外留学] 留学很简单吗？伯克利社区学院转加州伯克利 cs 难不难？

背景：我有个发小，高中复读没考上三本，上了几年班，攒了 20 万，想申请伯克利社区学院，2+2 模式，转加州伯克利计算机专业，再毕业进谷歌，说是 2 、3 年就还清了，有点赌徒心理。

学费情况：学费一共 200w 左右，准备贷款

想问下，真的靠谱吗？
