[问与答] 右手手腕酸胀疼，是用妙控板用的吗？

如题，用了有一年多的妙控板了，在这之前用的 5 、6 年的苹果本，没用鼠标。近期感觉手腕难受，不知道是不是用妙控板用的，如果是的话，各位有防护措施吗？
