[Surface] Windows 在 X86 的备份可以直接迁移到 AMD 架构电脑吗？

最近考虑入一台 AIPC ，目前的最佳选择应该就是田牌家的 Surface 了。

如果是从 X86 架构的旧电脑迁移至 AMD 架构，可以备份直接迁移吗？因为考虑到目前有大部分我用到的软件都是已经有 AMD 版本了，如果直接应用 X86 的备份是否会都用模拟器打开？
