[macOS] 升级 Sequoia RC 失败无法进入系统

从 public beta 升级到 Sequoia RC 版，重启界面进度条卡在一大半两个小时没动，于是强行关闭了系统。 无论是否以 Safe Mode 重启，都会在输入密码后卡死，系统时间冻结。 进入 Recovery 后，点击 Reinstall macOS Sequoia ，显示"Installation of macOS could not continue." 猜测是因为 Sequoia 仍未正式发布，所以无法下载。 机器是 Apple silicon m3 ，请问有人知道如何修复吗？感谢回复。

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
