[Java] 搞了个工具站点

上面功能花费了很多时间的，本来想通过本地 ocr 找点活最后感觉也没啥出路，直接 python 可能要简单点

1.纯 java ；第三方工具 native 本地编译的有 opencv/paddleocr ；模型的话转的 onnx 2.二维码/条形码生成和识别 opencv+zxing 3.身份证用了 volov10 训练的(数据集是晚上找的代码生成的) onnx+paddleocr+opencv 可以在网上搜个假的试下 4.抠图 u2net 转的 onnx
