[宽带症候群] RouterOS APP 登陆提示 Refused

1 、iOS App 登陆提示 Connection refused ，相同 WIFI 下的笔记本可以 WEB/WinBox 登陆 2 、外面开 BTH 后 APP 可以登陆

有大佬知道问题可能出在哪里了么，感觉好奇怪。这应该不是防火墙的问题吧，App 也没见有啥特殊设置呀

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
