OP 位于上海，电信家宽

云电脑位于浙江，联通商宽。GPU 4090

所以得买一个离两边都近的大宽带机器，延迟也不能太高

之前一直买的是雨云的宁波电信机器，独立 IP ，一个月 60 还是有点小贵的

昨天喵云促销，试着买了一款，发现效果比雨云还要好些，延迟低了 8ms 左右，流量也给的足够

4K 40 帧 40Mbps 码率，玩了 1 小时用了快 13G 流量
