现在情况说明：公司总部在外省，一直都是跟公司总部签订的劳动合同，薪资是工资发放，社保在当地第三方代缴.

公司现在说不能代缴社保为由：1.社保交在总部（不可能在那边养老） 2.合同和薪资都委托当地第三方（不就成劳务派遣了嘛）

问问 V 友，需要主义什么规避什么
